Once a Direct Debit is setup, you can cancel it at any stage by following the same steps listed below, if you have one in place you will see a 'cancel' button in-place of the 'create' button. If you have any queries you can get in touch with us directly via support@tepee.digital
- Login to your account using the login page
- Once logged in, in the menu along the top of the screen, click on "Billing"
- In the dropdown menu that appears, select "Manage Direct Debit".
- Click to create a Direct Debit using the green button (If you already have a Direct Debit active, you will be given the option to cancel it on this page).
- You will be re-directed to a page on the GoCardless website, it will ask you for your name and email address and billing address that is associated with the account alongside the account number and sort code. Once entered, click "Set up Direct Debit".
- You will be asked to confirm the details once more, if the details are correct, click "Confirm"
- You will be returned to the hosting portal and you should see a "Success! Direct Debit has been created successfully" message.
